The team at Surmont were extremely helpful and professional. We were looking for two cardboard boxes so that we could pack up our bikes to fly home to the UK. They offered to pack them for us! Great service. Great price. They then spent a lot of time trying to get us a taxi to get the boxes back to our hotel. Thank you.

Oameni seriosi si profi! Am comandat 1 buc casca de protectie bicicleta mtb si o pereche de manusi marimea m. Supriza cea mare (si placuta, desigur) a fost cand m-au sunat sa ma intrebe daca marimea manusilor am selectat-o pentru inaltimea mea sau nu. Am recunoscut ca nu, asa ca dupa ce le-am spus inaltimea, au venit cu o recomandare mult mai potrivita. Si asta se intampla intr-o zi de sambata. Dupa confirmarea comenzii, luni a si ajuns coletul la Timisoara. Va salut cu respect! Numai de bine!
