The Union Hall is one of the most important buildings in Romania . It is the place where the Union of Transylvania with Romania was decided in 1918. We can say, without exaggerating, that it is a place with special symbolic value, of pilgrimage and rediscovery.Visitors can see signs of the Union's witnesses : flags, medals, but also credentials, the mandates based on which the access to the Union Hall was made.

This is a place of great historic significance for the Romanian people - it takes 15 minutes to visit and the entry is free of charge; if you want to take photos you pay 15 RON. The building is inside the old citadel of Alba Iulia - the main attraction in the city of Alba Iulia.

The place where the great union between the former Romanian republics took place. Has clippings from various newspapers of the era and the documents signed by the king and members of parliament. Definitely worth a visit.

Pros: free entrance and very interesting documents displayedCons: the ladies there are not nice and nobody will spend any time to explain more details about these moments in history.I gave the place 5 stars because it touched me reading those documents.
