The food is excellent. The owners are nice and they do their best. The terrace is so pleasant for summer evenings.You need a map for your first visit, but you will enjoy it.Try the cake of the house (tort "Krantz") - it is gorgeous! (not recommended if your glycemy is high :) )

De Cartier is located in Tineretului area (Bucharest). Only 5 minutes away from Tineretului subway station. You can make reservations. They have a website. The food is very good (Italian) and the atmosphere is very relaxed and nice. The service can be a little slow because all the food is cooked on the spot, but you can trust that it is worth waiting. I would recommend the sea food meals and the beef meals and the desserts. But everything is very tasty. The prices are neither low, nor high.
