I've never stayed at this type of accomodation, apart-hotel but for sure after this it will be an option to consider.Clean, its basicaly an 2 rooms ap with all the appliances and kitchen ustensiles.It also has a gym downstairs that you can use.Is close to the palace square, about 1 km, 10-15 min by foot.Free Parking space just near the building.People at the reception and cleaning staff very friendly.

Not far away from the center in a nice and peaceful neighborhood. Including A.C, washing machine, microwave and refrigerator inside the apartment. A basic breakfast and warming hospitality.Recommended.GL

He had a 2 nights trip here. Staff was great, breakfast very good, a very comfy and clean apartment. They have parking and are 5 min by car to the Palas. I will be back fo sure in my next trip to Iasi.

This place is located in a walking distance to the center. The rooms are very nice and clean. You also have a gym you can use that is clean and neat. Enjoyed my stay here. I would recommend it to anyone visiting Iași.

Very nice hotel with very friendly staff. We had a very nice stay in our spacious and very clean apartment with a kitchen. We had all we needed. We also had a balcony. The wifi was good. The breakfast was good. Good value for money. We recommend this hotel.

The view from our room was breath taking, the food was to die for. Every day the food was fresh and just absoulately amazing. The people were friendly and inviting. I look forward to visit Romania again in the near future.

A apreciat · Etajul 5, parcarea subterană, mărimea camerei, canapeaua.De asemenea, am apreciat amabilitatea personalului, promptitudinea cu care încearcă să rezolve o problemă (inclusiv camerista).Raportul calitate-preț!Mulțumim!Nu a apreciat · Rugăminte - să nu se permită fumatul în cameră. Sau... oaspeții să nu mai fumeze în cameră (mirosul era ușor deranjant, dar un nefumător simte) și să aibă grijă de tot ce există în apartament. Ca la ei acasă!!!
