Just wonderful. The hosts are incredible knowledgeable in the art of cuisine, besides they are very hospitable and kind. Food was incredible, the barn beautifully arranged. Balance between tradition and fine cuisine

Masendorf 65 it’s about two passionate, dedicated and friendly people, Oana and Adi. It’s an gastronomic point , not a restaurant so prior reservation is needed. You’ll recieive a well conceived menu made from local ingrediants, such as hay ice cream made with buffalo milk. At the end of the meal we had matured cheese in their basement and an homemade digestif drink. The food is served in a haylof that was restored in an inovative way. Thank you!

We did not know about this place, until we passed by with our mountainbikes. Unfortunately we had no reservation, so we couldn´t stay and enjoy the local food. But the place looked very nice and the owner helped us to find a place to put up our tent in the next village.

Highly recommend. The owners were so amazing and welcoming, and their food--and cheese!--was absolutely delicious. We loved every second of our lunch there and of hearing about how Mesendorf 65 came to be. Many thanks to Oana and Adi for a great lunch in their beautiful, peaceful restaurant.

Oana and Adi are great hosts, warm and friendly. The old barn was transformed in a cosy dinning hall, mixing the traditional and modern design. Amazing food from locally sourced products( thanks Oana) and also the cheese made by Adi( he’s really an artisan). You should not refuse the cheese platter! Last but not least the cycling path is crosses their yard and you might consider a well deserved rest. We will definitely come back!

Ne doream demult sa ajungem la Mesendorf 65 , numai de bine am auzit despre ei , așa ca am sunat ne-am făcut frumos rezervare ,nici nu am intrebat ce este in meniu astăzi pentru ca indiferent ce ar fi fost eram siguri ca va fi exeptional si ce sa spun, exact cum ne imaginam ,a fost o explozie de gusturi o mâncare simpla , curata ,cu ingrediente de calitate , am fost întâmpinați cu caldura de Oana si Adi si ne-am simțit ca acasă !Cu siguranța o sa revenim 🩵
