This hotel has a great location, in a quite neighborhood but very close to the center. The staff is amiable and helpful. Rooms are ultra-modern, and mostly everything is controlled on the iPad. The restaurant offers excellent meals and drinks. Clean, modern, efficient, and friendly.

The hotel was really beautiful, the employees were really profesional, the smart lighting system was sci-fi, the food was excellent and the room was quite big. I would recomand this hotel to anybody that wants to visit Timisoara and I would return at this hotel anytime.

I was one night in Timisoara and i booked o room in the brand new Mercure Hotel in Timisoara. I had a great experience with the technology but also with the very friendly service and the tasty food they offer. This hotel is my strong recomandation in Timisoara. Don’t miss this experience.

I was pleasantly surprised to see that it is a newly opened hotel in october 2020, it has all amenities that you can think of, nice mattresess, very technologized hotel and a WINESTONE RESTAURANT with a large selection of wines and predominantly romanian food!
