The average tourist would probably not find this place. It is not in the city center....you have to know it’s there. A local persons restaurant that hosts parties and business meetings. Good homemade food. The day I was there the coffee machine was broken. They also did not have a couple drinks I tried to order because of the party. Best to call ahead if you have a large group. My Romanian friend said the homemade chicken cordon bleu was the best....all homemade.

Not the fanciest restaurant in town, not a great view but when it comes to food is probably one of the best places to eat. The raport quality /price is amazing and the food is always at the finest. Just one suggestion for improvement. They don't take credit cards. The pay is cash only so if you want to visit the place have some cash with you.

Nice waiters, menu was translated into english also. fast service and good money for the value. my only qualm was them not collecting cards for paymet

We enjoyed the food and atmosphere at this local restaurant. I loe stopping at places that are not meant for the tourist. Everyone seemed to know each other. Prices were very reasonable. 7 of us ate for $32. We were on our way to the Fagarash Citadel from Bucharest.

Fie că este vorba de un eveniment în familie, fie că întâmplător vrei să iei prânzul în oraș, aici totul este “așa cum trebuie”. Toate aspectele care ar putea să spună că trebuie să te oprești aici sunt în ziua potrivită. Poftă bună!

Am fost sa mănânc o ciorba de burta la casa Bistrițeană și am rămas uimit cât de gustoasa a fost. Țin sa mulțumesc pe aceasta cale doamnelor de la bucătărie și personalului. RECOMAND CU PLACERE RESTAURANTUL!

Am mancat in data de 20.11 in acest restaurant iar domnisoara ospatarita a fost de o amabilitate rar intalnita in ziua de astazi la un osapatar! Mancarea delicioasa, din pacate nu au avut ciuperci sote dar am mancat un orez excelent! Crapul prajit a fost gustos si parea proaspat ! Sotul a mancat carnaciori oltenesti cu piure ! Se vede ca se pastreaza traditia in gustul mancarii ! FELICITARI ! Vom reveni de cate ori avem ocazia !
