Curat și liniștit, cochet și foarte confortabil, la preț convenabil. Gazde primitoare. La distanța potrivită de Centrul Vechi pentru noi descoperiri zilnice la pas :)Clean and relaxed place, comfortable and elegant for a very good price. Nice hosts. At perfect distance from the Old Center to discover it bit by bit every day by walking.

Apartamentul a fost confortabil, curat și utilat. Zona este foarte linistita. Curtea interioara si foisorul au fost perfecte pentru copii. Recomand Casa Ioana. Vom reveni cu drag.

Well, this became my no .1 option to stay in Brasov. First of all, it's the location: just a 15-20 minutes walk from downtown, with free parking spaces right in front of the building (for me, this is important). Second, the rooms ... or should I say the apartments: large, clean, high ceiling, with kitchen (fridge, coffee maker) and very strong WiFi connection. Did I mention the interior garden?For all these, the price the property asks is excellent value for money for a traveler.

We were 2 nights, service was excellent, room (or apartment actually) was very nice and clean, with cooking facilities, refrigerator and washing machine. Hotel was quite far from the city centre, but it was very peaceful and quiet. About 15-20 min walk to old town and railway station..little shop where you can buy food, alcohol, cigarettes etc. is about just next door.

Gina and Mihai were excellent hosts. They provided all the help we needed. Mihai drove us to get food when our train arrived late. He drove us to the train station and to the castles. And they were just kindly and thoughtful. The apartmentwas spacious and clean. We loved our stay there.

Цена трехместного номера составляет почти 6 500 рублей за 4 ночи. В номере имеется кухня, санузел и бесплатный Wi-Fi. Парковка на улице, с местами проблем за все дни не было. 10 минут пешком до центра города.
