The menu was at the discretion of the lady owners, the ingredients were local, from certified sources; the recipes were old, brought back to life, each one with its particular story. The table filled up with flavours and aromas, one didn't know what to taste first, everything was appetizing, well cooked and in step with the season. It may sound like a cliché, but it really was a memorable evening.

Everything was great: food, people, service, the looking freshly restaured traditional saxon house. Pet friendly place. Being a small private business not a regular restaurant, we let them choose the menu and surprise us. Bio ingredients, old recipes - what more can you wish?

We were very pleased with our visit to HOF Hărman. As a young family of 5, we enjoyed very relaxing accommodations and excellent food, grown and prepared locally by the owners. You will be hard-pressed to find this type of quality and value in the USA. This truly is a secret gem of Transylvania and deserves a visit for those traveling through Romania.
